Combine Martial Arts and unleashing your HCG into a nice fat burning program

HCG is a hormone within your body that stores your fat for when you need it. The problem is that too many people do not have the right eating or exercising habits to unleash this and make it active. However, with a high intensity active like Martial Arts that helps to workout each part of your body and getting a good eating regimen, you'll be able to help release your HCG into a fat burning hormone rather than storing. Eat some lean meals with low calories to help provide you with a program that will get you lean in no time.

Combine your martial arts training with HCG

A surefire way of losing fat and keeping lean is learning about HCG levels. When you can increase them a bit with a good HCG pill or increasing your natural HCG, you'll be able to lose more weight. However, to not lose your lean muscle, it's recommended to take on a good eating schedule that does not allow you to starve yourself put continually replenish your body with nutrients. On top of your Martial Arts training, you'll be able to greatly increasing your metabolism and clearly allocate your fat loss properties by using it as energy and fuel. It's a great way of using the stored fat to increase overall mobility.

Have your attendees sign your wedding guest book

A wedding guest book is perfect for your closest family, friends, and colleagues to really say some endearing words to either make you laugh, touch your heart, or just encourage you to go deeper into your adulthood. It's always refreshing to take a moment to really reminisce about some good times especially the wedding. You can customize your book the way you like with maybe some interests you have like traveling, doing Martial Arts, or playing sports. Maybe you have some people with different cultures and they can write some nice looking Kanji to show off a beautiful message in another language.

Music Monday - Enter the Dragon Theme

I haven't done a Music Monday in a good while to be absolutely honest on this site, but this is special. This is the 39th year anniversary, and this song is an absolute classic. The 70s had the best theme songs, period. This absolutely takes the cake. Enter the Dragon is such a cult classic that got everyone really into the whole Martial Arts films thing. I love this track. It's so funky, it's so intuitive of the time, period. Even the DDR remix is pretty dayum cool! Check out the track enjoy!

Bruce Lee Walk On! Warrior Hoodie - BruceLee.Com VLOG Series

This is a really great hoodie with a very powerful message that even correlates to the things I'm doing currently. Often times, we get so plagued by what's going on in life that we kind of neuter ourselves on our own walk. I love the message, "Walk On!" It's especially powerful because at the time Bruce Lee wrote that message..he could not walk....

Also, a lot of the doctors were saying, he would never be able to practice Martial Arts nor possibly walk ever again. Well, he showed them...To me, walk on means to take it one step at a time. Each foot well placed going forward and not going back...The Ryu symbol definitely resonates with me because I'm a huge Street Fighter fan. I'm really into symbolism and signs and different styles of learning. This is a great clip and a great hoodie. You can cop it at BruceLee.com

Also, if you want some more motivating/powerful messages, check out my blog specifically the Bruce Lee post in an interview on the Pierre Berton show.
