I've been fascinated with the martial arts at a very young age. There's something deeply rooted that is more than just moves and movement. There's a spirit/a culture that lies within it all.

Samurai - Miyamoto Musashi Documentary ft Mark Dacascos
I remember watching this documentary nearly 3 years ago. Definitely a great documentary that tells of the story of Miyamoto Musashi - author, poet, strategist, and great Martial Artist. What truly made Musashi famous was the way he adopted a fighting system of knowing, distracting, or using his opponent's mistakes against him. He made for a rather powerful warrior because it didn't focus on his physical attribute but creating this great tactic of psychological warfare on the battlefield.
